Juan Carlos Quiñones was born in Cabra del Santo Cristo (JAEN), a small village of beautiful Andalusia. Now he is one of the emerging designers in Studio Volpi, he lives in italy, and he is developing in design made in Italy. Studio Volpi is made of an heterogeneous team of professionals from all over the world, fostering both cultural exchange and, above all, fresh inspiration and attention to new trends. Today Juan Carlos has been interviewed by an important Spanish TV channel - Canal Sur. In a very nice chat, he spoke about his experience as a designer within an Italian agency that, as we all know, few years ago started it international experience. The conversation with the Canal Sur staff has been interesting and pleasant, talking about the italian socio-economic scenario, the current condition of italian design, to touch then the quality of life in italy ghat cannot prescind from the daily usage of common objects full of aesthetics and better usability. "The emotional and aestetical value" says Juan Carlos "has a very strong valence in our society. Milan is a 'design craddle', made of schools, universities, associations, publishing houses; these important bricks are, among others, able to keep Design made in Italy on the top of worldwide excellence".
